We believe in making things simple. To accomplish that, we must understand your business, while helping you understand ours. Therefore, when it comes to our services, we separate the work into four main parts. These are the Foundation, the Explanation, the Production, and the Evolution.
Nothing should stand between your information and the decision makers who need it. If you are frustrated that your employees cannot retrieve information or that systems simply don't “talk” to each other, then you would benefit from custom programming that builds bridges and removes barriers. You should pay your employees for their creative and intellectual skills, not for researching or re-entering data. Those are tasks meant for computers.
The Four Phases Explained
Let’s start with the beginning, the Foundation. Nothing solid can be built on shaky ground. We believe in communicating with our clients until coming to a complete mutual understanding of needs, budgets, and deadlines. We do our utmost to take into account all factors. What do you need and why do you need it? What problem will be solved by our solution? What is the most cost-effective means of approaching the situation? When does the project need to be completed?
Second, we take on the Explanation. It’s important that you as our partner understand the process. This is simply providing you with details. You should know full well what problem we are addressing and how it is being answered. Though some of the information in regards the programming language used may not be of interest, we find it best for you to have at your disposal all facts should the need arise.
Third, we begin the Production. During this phase, we build the tool to solve your issue. If your website does not generate enough quality leads, perhaps we will redesign the layout so that the pages load quicker and visitors are less likely to exit. If your employees are spending too much time on data entry, we may integrate some of your software so that simple tasks do not have to be repeated. This phase is the construction of your solution.
Last, is the Evolution. This is the transitional period. At this stage, the solution is turned over and implemented for your use. This means the website is launched, the software installed, or the interface implemented. The Evolution is the reason our company exists. It is the realization of your answer. Though this is not necessarily the end of our working relationship, as you may desire maintenance service, this phase represents the execution of plans.
